TaniaKsiazka.pl is one of the largest online bookstores in Poland, offering over 400,000 products – from books and board games to educational toys. The company aimed to reach the student segment with dedicated promotional offers and build long-term relationships with this strategic group of high-potential customers.
Challenge
TaniaKsiazka.pl, a leading online bookstore in Poland, faced the challenge of effectively reaching a younger consumer group – Generation Z, who are already shaping purchasing trends today and will become a key market segment in the future. As their existing customer base matured, there arose a need to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and grow direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales by building an authentic relationship with this new generation of consumers.

In response to these needs, the brand decided to collaborate with Uniperks – a platform that connects students with leading brands and provides advanced tools for engagement. A key part of the implementation was integrating an iframe that allowed verification of student status directly on the partner’s website, enabling precise targeting of dedicated offers and gaining insights into student customer behavior. At the same time, an engaging brand profile was created on the Uniperks platform, allowing students to explore TaniaKsiazka.pl’s offerings and the values that have guided the company for years.
As part of the communication campaign, the availability of a personalized offer was promoted through the platform’s channels targeting the academic community. This was complemented by intensive offline activities – an outdoor campaign was organized at the most frequented metro stations, accompanied by 11 campus events at universities and activation zones at 6 student festivals (juwenalia) in Poland’s largest cities. These events served as touchpoints with students, enabling direct interaction with the brand and providing an engaging way to experience its identity.
